Metro Vancouver Kink (MVK) is Vancouver’s community-based BDSM organization. It is a non-profit, incorporated society dedicated to serving the needs of the greater Vancouver BDSM Scene. MVK holds monthly play parties, which are usually preceded by one or more workshops in the evening and late afternoon.

In February of each year MVK hosts their signature event Westward Bound, a 3 day conference featuring 40 workshops and 2 play parties.

 

Rascal’s

Rascals is an event geared towards the serious player with the opportunity for newcomers to the lifestyle to see and experience BDSM in all its forms.

Since 2002, Rascal’s Pansexual Play Parties have been held on the 3rd Saturday of each month until the recent First Annual Pre-New Year Black Leash event on December 30th.

Rascal’s features a fully equipped, large dungeon with 12 play stations in the main dungeon area. Four more play stations can be found on the stage where it is more intimate for those who wish to play with some privacy – over 2500 square feet of FUN

You will find Rascal’s Play Parties to have a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with a large social area and refreshment bar (Licensed). ALL are welcome as Rascal’s Play Parties which are truly pansexual events for hetero, gay, bi, lesbian and trans-gendered kinksters. Parties begin at 8:00pm and go to 1:00pm.

However, we cannot in good conscience recommend these events. It has been suggested that the organizer might be linked to several outings, and Libido Events has concretely been tied to  rumours about organizers and events perceived to be competition.

Den of Pleasure

In early 2012 Den of Pleasure ceased operation as a regular event producer. We continue to include them here on the list as they hold occasional special events.
Den of Pleasure’s venue offers 4 spacious private playrooms, 2 open playrooms, a cozy social area, bar area, theme rooms, dungeon area, covered smoking area and 3 bathrooms.
Events are welcoming to adventurous couples and singles, both male and female of all sexual preferences. Condoms are provided for protection, and their use is expected.
DOP also offers overnight stays after their parties, with a gourmet breakfast at a great price; please enquire for more information
Dress codes in effect vary from event to event.
Attendees must RSVP to get on the guest list in order to attend, and as the venue manages their male to female ratio their is often a wait list to attend, and events often sell you.

Den of Sinful Servitude

The Den of Sinful Servitude is home to the professional Dominatrix Mistress Kashiko.  Aside from being a sanctuary for submissives of many types, Mistress Kashiko also opens her dungeon up for some fun kinky events for the community as well as photographers and other professionals to rent for alternative artistic endeavors.

 

Canadian Mayhem

The tag line on the Candian Mayhem website is Events for Leatherwomen, but in fact they frequently host events for everyone who identifies as queer. Each summer they present the Bride of Pride BDSM play party, and they also host occasional special events. In 2011 they presented the first Canadian Mayhem Conference, an entertaining and educational event that we here at Erotic Vancouver hope will become a staple of the cities kink Calendar.
